About Deediqa

Building the Infrastructure Property Records Have Always Needed

Deediqa is being developed to connect property information, documentation, and historical activity around one organized record — giving authorized participants a more complete understanding of a property throughout its lifecycle.

Our mission

A Single, Organized Record for Every Property

Property information is fragmented across institutions, professionals, public records, documents, and individuals. This fragmentation makes it difficult to establish a complete, reliable understanding of a property's history — and it means that every transaction, financing event, or ownership change requires reassembling information that was never organized in one place.

Deediqa is being built as a shared coordination and verification infrastructure where authorized participants can contribute information, review evidence, identify conflicts, and understand how property records evolve. The platform is designed to support the continuing life of a property — not just its most recent transaction — including ownership, financing, improvements, utilities, maintenance, and other relevant activities.

Deediqa is designed to complement existing legal and governmental systems. It does not replace official land registries, determine legal ownership, or independently guarantee the accuracy of every submission. Its value lies in giving participants a more organized, attributable, and historically accountable way to work with property information.

Design principles

How We Think About the Problem

Built as Shared Infrastructure

Property records affect everyone who buys, sells, lends against, insures, or advises on real estate. Deediqa is being designed as a shared foundation that serves multiple participant types — homeowners, professionals, institutions, and public-sector participants — rather than optimizing for any single industry role.

Attribution Over Assertion

Every piece of information in a property record should be traceable to its source. Deediqa is built around the principle that submitted, verified, disputed, and unresolved information must remain distinguishable — and that the identity of the contributing participant is preserved alongside the information itself.

Historical Accountability by Design

Corrections to a property record should not silently overwrite prior activity. The platform is designed so that when information changes, the record of what was previously submitted — and who submitted it — is preserved in a way that maintains accountability while respecting applicable requirements.

Complements Existing Authority

Deediqa does not replace official land registries, government records, or the legal authority of any institution. It is designed to work alongside existing systems — organizing and connecting information that those systems do not currently consolidate, within the roles and permissions appropriate to each participant.
